Brief description
In 2013, LIFE e.V. set up the education and training program “EnterTechnik” - a technical year for young women in Berlin, which is promoted by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the European Social Fund. “EnterTechnik” is a program aiming to recruit more young women to the technology sector. It affords female school-leavers a close-up look at several Berlin companies and institutes as part of a 12 month work placement program.

Dialogik has evaluated the program by means of in-depth interviews with all participants and a standardised panel survey.
